1. FEES & REFUND POLICY 

Musicpreneur™ understands that our courses and online learning platform isn't perfect. Mistakes sometimes happen and we promise to do our best to fix any situation within reason. We do ask that if you are uncertain about signing up for our courses please e-mail us at admin@musicpreneur.com.my and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have as well as provide you with pre-sales support.

3. EXPERT Sharing Program

 The EXPERT Policy The term "EXPERT" used in www.musicpreneur.com.my is  someone who has certain years of experience in their professional field, such as Producer, Composer, Sound Engineer, Recording Engineer, Marketing in Social Media, Music Reporter, and so on. All the EXPERT are being invited by Musicpreneur™ management team who represent themselves by their own in music industry. Musicpreneur™ will not hold any responsible for any EXPERT answered.

• NO REFUND will be entertained in any circumstances once the payment has been done through 3rd party payment center. 

• An Administrative Fee of RM25 will be charged for any transfer of registration prior and after course commencement, including changes in course specialization. 

• NO REFUND will be entertained after a course has commenced. 

• Each course must pay in full, then only be able to attend the lesson. 

• In some special case, for those who willing to join from the 2nd or even 3rd lesson, there will not be any deduction from the course fee shown, meaning must pay in full amount. 

• The customer mistakenly placed double or duplicate order. 

• The online learning software does not perform a specific feature that is not described in our marketing material or academic documentation. 

• After purchase, the course is not available.  

• To become an EXPERT in www.musicpreneur.com.my there are some minimum criteria to be followed, such as the knowledge of what their profession is, or any well-known  qualification hold.  

• The EXPERT is not hired by Musicpreneur™ but only been  invited.  Thus, the list  of  EXPERT will be updated on a monthly basis.  

• Musicpreneur™ will not responsible for any disaster caused, such as internet unstable, lost of signal from internet. But you may send us an email as soon as the internet been recovered and request for resend the answer from the EXPERT chosen with no later than 24 hours after you posted the question to EXPERT.  

• NO REFUND will be entertained for any product purchased including EXPERT program.
